[MudNet-Announce] Down for code improvements

The mudnet bot is down until further notice. We've reached a point
where handling complaints and maintaining the service is getting in the
way of developing improvements. So, the bot will be back up when it's
improved. I'll try to post progress reports and an estimated ETA when
work gets underway.

We expect that any real improvement to the server will require some
additions and changes to the softcode. We'll make new softcode
available for download when ready, and we are not likely to maintain
compatibility with the old softcode.

As always, any feature suggestions are appreciated. As I say in the
FAQ, if you can convince us you have a better system than the current
implementation of mudnet, we might just consider switching.
